In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined herein shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in the relevant context.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and fbd88 (the "Company") governing your use of the fbd88 platform and all services offered through it. By registering an Account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the Platform. fbd88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on fbd88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fbd88 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and uses identity verification to prevent underage access.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering only one Account in your own legal name. Multiple accounts, shared accounts or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, director, officer or contractor of fbd88, nor are you a close relative of any such person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether applied through fbd88 or any other gaming platform, that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.

fbd88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.

To access the full functionality of the fbd88 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. The following obligations apply to your Account at all times:

• You must provide your real name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth and any other information required during the KYC verification process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. fbd88 will never ask you for your password via any outbound communication channel.
• You must notify fbd88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• You may not transfer, sell or otherwise assign your Account to any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• fbd88 may close or suspend your Account if any of the information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading, incomplete or outdated.

KYC identity verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed. fbd88 may require additional verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at the time of large withdrawal requests. All verification documents must be authentic government-issued identification.

fbd88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. The following financial terms apply to all Account transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile banking channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Minimum amounts for bank transfer deposits are specified at the cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. fbd88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used by the Player on the Platform.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger an Account review.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• fbd88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawal processing may be paused pending the outcome of any security or fraud review.

fbd88 does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside fbd88's control. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

fbd88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. fbd88 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• fbd88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived therefrom, if the Company determines that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus balances and real-money balances are tracked separately within your Account. Wagering on bonus funds first is the default setting unless the cashier specifies otherwise.

fbd88 may withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus before any such change will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbd88 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings derived from prohibited activities voided:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, or assisting another person to open a duplicate Account linked to the same household, device or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or exploit any aspect of the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human gameplay.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of exploiting a Platform error must be reported to support and will be voided upon discovery.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring transactions to avoid anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.
• Colluding with other Players or any third party to fix betting outcomes, share inside information, or otherwise manipulate the results of any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technical measure to disguise your true location, particularly where the purpose is to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the impression of accessing from a permitted jurisdiction.

fbd88 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited activities may have their Accounts temporarily restricted pending investigation without prior notification.

fbd88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Gaming on fbd88 is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a method of generating income or solving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-outs: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a defined period of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a time-out, login access is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling indefinitely may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.
• Reality checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net gaming activity, to help maintain awareness of time and spend during active gaming sessions.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of fbd88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, crawl, index or cache any part of the Platform, and does not permit sub-licensing of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbd88 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or connected to your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform, whether as a result of your own decisions, technical issues, or any interruption of service.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, even if fbd88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, match previews or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fbd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

fbd88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before completing registration.

fbd88 uses SSL encryption on all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit. Personal and financial data is stored on secure servers. fbd88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

fbd88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fbd88 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to closure.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or connected to your use of the fbd88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which fbd88 is licensed to operate. fbd88 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the licence documentation available on request from the fbd88 support team.

In the event of a dispute between you and fbd88, you should first contact the fbd88 support team to seek an informal resolution. fbd88 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, fbd88 will provide written notification of its final position. Players who remain dissatisfied following fbd88's final decision may seek further recourse through the dispute resolution body specified in fbd88's licence terms.
